Childrens party FAQ

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we get from customers wanting to book a childrens party.

The quickest way to check availability or book is online using our booking system. This is updated in real time and shows the current availability. 

Please don’t book online, until you have a venue pencilled in.  

We don’t have a minimum, however our party packages work best with at least 10 children. You can invite as many children are you like. Most parties we host invite around 25-40 children. Our packages can be adjusted to your requirements if you are planning on a smaller or larger party.

Our bubble and snow machine fluids are carefully selected and only used at specific times of the party. This ensures the floor doesn’t get slippy. Our PLI insurance fully covers the use of these effects machines. We also clear up any mess that is left by us – Don’t worry.

You can make any changes such as date/venue or cancel directly from the customer area up to 30 days before the event.

If you need to cancel your party booking please let us know at least 30 days before your event if you wish to keep your deposit. 

All we ask is that we have the closest parking space to the hall/setup area to park our van. We also need 1 standard 13amp socket for our equipment. If you’re hiring an indoor bouncy castle, please make sure the setup area is clear before we get there. (around 18ft squared)

We require 1 hour before and 1 hour after the party to set everything up. Our mini party package takes just half an hour if you’re short on setup time.

You’ll be asked to pay a small deposit on booking, please make sure your party venue is booked or pencilled in before hand.

As soon as you fill in our online booking form, your booking details and times are automatically added into our booking system. We then manually check details are correct. As soon as we have checked this we send out a ‘Booking approved’ email. If you haven’t received this within 48 hours of booking, please let us know.

We are based in Stoke-on-Trent but cover most of Staffordshire. Our prices are based on parties within a 5 mile radius, however we can travel further for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Our indoor bouncy castle is suitable for upto 10 children at a time.
